This guide contains short presentations of the main European financial instruments for 2007, as well as useful links to the info-points, the responsible institutions and persons in Romania.

      I believe that all available information concerning the European funding is of most importance in order to maximise the use of these financial instruments.

      I do not pretent this guide is absolutely complete, but I think it may be useful for the potential beneficiaires of the European programmes.

      I am waiting for your comments and contributions, and I assure you they will be properly introduced in this documentation.
